Surrounded by the beautiful landscape of Vermont, The Mentor Connector’s office is nestled in the downtown Rutland marketplace, a fun and lively environment. The office reflects our surroundings and most importantly, those we serve.

The Mentor Connector, a youth-service organization in Rutland County, prides itself on the cornerstone of its programming, the 1:1 mentor match. In this program, there are three areas of focus, workforce development, life skills and educational curiosity.

In addition to this work, our skilled employees have created additional innovative, transformative programming aimed at supporting youth with transitional living and mental health counseling needs.

It depends on the role, the number of applicants and the time it takes to review the submissions. Generally, applicants who are invited for an interview will be contacted within one month of their submittal.

If you are offered a role at The Mentor Connector, you will complete pre-employment requirements including background and reference checks. Upon their successful completion, you and the Executive Director will determine a mutually beneficial start date.
